| What happens if there is no answer from the house when called |
If the recipient is in the bathroom or in the garden or just not able to answer for any reason Home Calls will call again within the hour. If there is again no answer we will make another call within the next hour.

| What happens if there is still no answer after the third call. |
Home Calls would immediately contact the first nominated family member or key holder.

|
| What happens if that person is not available. |
Home Calls will then call the second nominated family member or key holder. It is unlikely that both nominees would be unreachable by land line and mobile.
We also request new or temporary contact details when clients will be away from their usual contactable numbers. (this needs to be explained better as I don’t understand it – does it mean when the key holder is away – or when the recipient is away?)
