Established by Beverley Palmer in 2009, Home Calls was developed to fulfil a market need that had not previously been met. That need was the provision of a daily reassurance call for those who wish to help older members of our communities remain active in their own homes.
We have a core team of callers based in Buckinghamshire, and we work with clients UK-wide, to support those who are providing personal care at home.
Each of our team members is a trained telephonist and we do not use automated telephone calling systems.
As we work directly with older adults, all of our team members have undergone a CRB check.
